The alliance combines local knowledge and audit expertise at optimal cost. IAAS does not charge the high level of fees charged by large, professional accounting firms, who are primarily engaged in statutory accounting and tax matters, and who see JV audit as a sideline. IAAS is solely engaged in Joint Venture and Contract Audit and has been for almost 25 years. IAAS works on a low overhead base and savings are passed on to the client in the form of lower fees - vitally important in the economic climate within the industry.
